Robert Hut is the founder and Managing Member of FARA Recovery where he oversees all aspects of the firm's management, investing, and strategic acquisition activities. He brings over 25 years of transactional experience to FARA Recovery at the Director level in the U.S., U.K. and Europe. Before establishing FARA Recovery, Mr. Hut founded a direct lender and bank servicer, and played a key role in the development of the firms including strategy, credit, and risk mitigation. He continues to serve on the boards of directors.
Earlier, Mr. Hut was a Principal of a Jersey, Channel Islands-based specialty finance company where he was responsible for investment sourcing and execution. Previously, Mr. Hut was a Lloyd’s broker after spending six years in Eastern Europe developing insurance companies and partnered with American Express to create custom products.

Charles is an attorney admitted in NY, CT and FL as well as federally admitted in the Southern and Eastern US District Courts of NY as well as a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Charles has over 28 years of experience in law, banking and securities representing institutional and corporate clients in bank facilities, structured finance, insurance and financial industries both domestically and internationally with an expertise in corporate, contract and banking law. Charles had also held VP positions at Citigroup Private Bank, First Union Private Bank, and Prudential Securities. Charles has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, New York, NY.

Tom has over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, manufacturing, finance operations, and global financial markets. He is a Senior Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at Brightstar Capital Partners and serves as Chairman of the Board of Global Resale (a Brightstar portfolio company). In 2003, Tom co-founded and served as Chairman of the Board of Managers of Meritage Capital. Previously, Tom held multiple senior positions at Dell, including CFO, SVP of Business Development and Strategy, and Managing Director of Dell Ventures. Prior to joining Dell, Tom was VP and Treasurer for Sun Microsystems and Co-Founder and GM of Amdahl Capital Corporation.
Tom received his B.A. from St. Francis University, J.D. from Duquesne University and LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Bill Reid is an experienced trial attorney and founding member of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP, a boutique law firm that specializes in trying complex commercial and financial cases. Through his leadership, Bill has established Reid Collins as a nationally recognized predominant plaintiff litigation firm. Bill has almost three decades experience trying a wide range of civil cases involving insolvency litigation, professional malpractice, business torts, fraud and complex financial transactions. Since returning to private practice in 2000, Bill has not lost a single jury trial and has successfully secured various top-100 trial judgements/verdicts for his clients. Bill has been consistently recognized and awarded for his renowned work as a litigator. Bill is admitted to practice in the states of Texas and New York. He received a dual B.A. and B.S. from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, cum laude, and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, cum laude.

Michael Eggleton is the CEO of Victory Advisory and Investment International, (“Victory”) with international offices. Victory is a diverse company specializing in emerging markets, corporate restructuring, investment banking, M&A, NPLs, private Investment, private and public debt and equity transactions. Michael focuses on deals in the UK., Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Throughout Michael’s career, he has been highly recognized and awarded many accolades and awards for his outstanding performance in these challenging international sectors. Prior to Victory, Michael was a Senior Managing Director and Global Managing Director in Credit Suisse (First Boston) and Merrill Lynch in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as held senior executive and board positions in various European banks and financial institutions. Michael has also acted as a Non-Exec Board Member of London listed ENRC (top FTSE 100 company) BA University of San Diego, MS San Diego State University.
Loree J. Shelko

Loree is one of the industry-leading advisors on contingent liabilities disposition for Fortune 500 firms. Her focus on legacy asbestos risk both in private practice and as in-house litigation and compliance counsel at ITT Inc. and Meritor, Inc. drove multi-million dollar spend reductions, removing liability balance sheet risk. Loree’s experience in leading corporate reorganizations and managing critical litigation for established manufacturing companies has allowed her clients the ability to manage their companies without the drain of legacy liabilities. Loree received a B.B.A. in International Business from Hofstra University and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, and is admitted in New York, New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.

Andy has over 38 years' experience providing services to a variety of industries in the areas of Risk Management and Insurance-related issues. He is President of a consulting company, providing legal, insurance, and consulting services to a wide range of enterprises. An attorney for over 40 years, Andy was CEO of the West Virginia Workers' Compensation Fund, and has served as a Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo Insurance Services and SmartCasualtyClaims, a division of HealthSmart. He has served in the public sector at the state level in the Cabinet, as well as an elected City Councilor of two different municipal corporations. Andy graduated from West Virginia University with a B.A. and a J.D. For a number of years, Andy served as an Adjunct Professor at WVU.
Kurt A. Beil

Kurt Beil has 30 years of experience as a consultant in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, serving both public and private sector clients across a wide spectrum of market segments including Environment, Water, Transportation, Property & Buildings, Infrastructure, Master Planning and Architecture, and Business Advisory. Much of Kurt’s career has been focused on strategic management of corporate risk and liabilities with significant expertise in environmental liability management. Mr. Beil has served as a global leader for top-ranked integrated consultancies, including Arcadis and GHD, with experience spanning the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia. Kurt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Environmental Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University (1994).
