Robert has over 25 years’ experience at the Director level in the U.S., U.K. and Europe. Robert is the Founder and Managing Member of FARA Recovery. From 1999 to 2009 Robert started and ran a specialty finance company domiciled in the Jersey, Channel Islands. Robert was also a Lloyds broker specializing in political risk, credit insurance and credit enhancements for banks and financial institutions. As such he has worked on structured finance transactions covering risks all over the world. From 1992 to 1998 Robert was based in Moscow where he helped to capitalize and run several insurance companies and partnered with American Express to create custom products. His experience has provided Robert with an in-depth understanding and expertise in underwriting, structured finance and capital markets in the Insurance and the financial services industries. Robert has founded and run; financial companies, insurance general agencies and trust companies that have created deep institutional relationships in the markets FARA Recovery will service.

Charles is an attorney admitted in NY, CT and FL as well as federally admitted in the Southern and Eastern US District Courts of NY as well as a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Charles has over 28 years of experience in law, banking and securities representing institutional and corporate clients in bank facilities, structured finance, insurance and financial industries both domestically and internationally with an expertise in corporate, contract and banking law. Charles had also held VP positions at Citigroup Private Bank, First Union Private Bank, and Prudential Securities. Charles has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, New York, NY.

Holland is an experienced family office principal having managed wealthy multi-family and single-family offices driving private placements, deal structuring, and asset management in diversified sectors. Holland co-founded FOCAL, the Family Office Center for Analytics and Learning, a live training institute serving family office members and managers. Holland Sullivan is co-founder of Teddington, LLC, a principal backer in targeted manufacturing and logistics deals. Holland was Managing Director of Investment Banking at Griffin Securities, Inc., a boutique bank focused on biotech. Holland is a Texas licensed attorney and holds FINRA/SEC Series 7, 24, 63, 65, and 79 licenses. Yale (BA, Economics), NYU Stern School of Business (MS Global Finance).

Mark has worked over 20 years for top tier domestic and international banks as well as serving on the Board of Directors of an LSE-listed Private Equity Fund. Mark is a specialist in capital markets, banking, private equity, and finance. Prior to joining FARA Recovery, Mark built the U.S. debt capital markets, cross border distribution, and structured finance platforms for a global top-20, trillion-dollar Asian bank. Mark also spent six years as a Director of Capital Markets at a major multinational bank where he was responsible for managing a $2 billion portfolio. Mark is a frequent speaker on financial and cross-border issues at conferences and universities in the US and overseas. He earned both his M.B.A and M.A. from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, studied at Philipps Universität in Marburg, Germany, and received his B.A. in International Relations from Pomona College in Claremont, CA. He maintains speaking, reading and writing proficiency in German and a conversational knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.

Milan has a wide range of analytical experience, working in the insurance and legal sectors before joining FARA Recovery. Milan provides research, analytics, and administrative assistance for FARA Recovery. Milan graduated from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza School of Business, B.S. with a concentration in IT Management.

Michael Eggleton is the CEO of Victory Advisory and Investment International, (“Victory”) with international offices. Victory is a diverse company specializing in emerging markets, corporate restructuring, investment banking, M&A, NPLs, private Investment, private and public debt and equity transactions. Michael focuses on deals in the UK., Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Throughout Michael’s career, he has been highly recognized and awarded many accolades and awards for his outstanding performance in these challenging international sectors. Prior to Victory, Michael was a Senior Managing Director and Global Managing Director in Credit Suisse (First Boston) and Merrill Lynch in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as held senior executive and board positions in various European banks and financial institutions. Michael has also acted as a Non-Exec Board Member of London listed ENRC (top FTSE 100 company) BA University of San Diego, MS San Diego State University.

Tom has over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, manufacturing, finance operations, and global financial markets. He is a Senior Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at Brightstar Capital Partners and serves as Chairman of the Board of Global Resale (a Brightstar portfolio company). In 2003, Tom co-founded and served as Chairman of the Board of Managers of Meritage Capital. Previously, Tom held multiple senior positions at Dell, including CFO, SVP of Business Development and Strategy, and Managing Director of Dell Ventures. Prior to joining Dell, Tom was VP and Treasurer for Sun Microsystems and Co-Founder and GM of Amdahl Capital Corporation.

Tom received his B.A. from St. Francis University, J.D. from Duquesne University and LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Bill Reid is an experienced trial attorney and founding member of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP, a boutique law firm that specializes in trying complex commercial and financial cases. Through his leadership, Bill has established Reid Collins as a nationally recognized predominant plaintiff litigation firm. Bill has almost three decades experience trying a wide range of civil cases involving insolvency litigation, professional malpractice, business torts, fraud and complex financial transactions. Since returning to private practice in 2000, Bill has not lost a single jury trial and has successfully secured various top-100 trial judgements/verdicts for his clients. Bill has been consistently recognized and awarded for his renowned work as a litigator. Bill is admitted to practice in the states of Texas and New York. He received a dual B.A. and B.S. from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, cum laude, and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, cum laude.

Loree J. Shelko
Advisory Board Member

Loree is one of the industry-leading advisors on contingent liabilities disposition for Fortune 500 firms.  Her focus on legacy asbestos risk both in private practice and as in-house litigation and compliance counsel at ITT Inc. and Meritor, Inc. drove multi-million dollar spend reductions, removing liability balance sheet risk.  Loree’s experience in leading corporate reorganizations and managing critical litigation for established manufacturing companies has allowed her clients the ability to manage their companies without the drain of legacy liabilities.  Loree received a B.B.A. in International Business from Hofstra University and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, and is admitted in New York, New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
